Diving Package

The most distant of Belize’s three atolls, Lighthouse Reef is 50 miles east of Belize City, on the easternmost part of the Belize Barrier Reef. This dive package includes three (3) dive stops, non-alcoholic drinks, packed lunches, snacks, and all park entrance fees.

Group Size: 2+ 

The world-famous Great Blue Hole—a giant marine sinkhole. This 125-meter-deep collapsed cave system offers sightings of sharks, dolphins, tarpon, eagle rays, hawksbill sea turtles, and more!

Half Moon Caye Wall (“The Wall”)—surface” interval. Cruise along the coral rim with swim-throughs that lead to a steep drop-off.  This area supports a thriving queen conch population, eels, sea turtles, sharks, rays, and more.

Long Caye Aquarium. This site is home to Bermuda chubs, sergeant majors, creole wrasse, and the occasional trumpetfish. The shallower part of this site is a flat expanse covered with clusters of brain coral, purple fans, and groves of sea plumes. At about 35′, a steep 90-degree wall drops suddenly into the abyss.

This full-day tour takes you to the Cayo District. Start your day with a trip to “the Best Little Zoo in the World”—the Belize Zoo! Unlike in other parts of the world, animals are kept in enclosures designed to reflect their natural habitat. An immersive educational experience for visitors.

 

Next, you’ll visit the Nohoch Che’en Caves. Grab your inner tube, jump into the cool water, and enjoy an unforgettable time exploring one of the country’s largest cave systems.  The day concludes with a guided ziplining tour over the jungle canopy.

This full-day inland experience begins with a visit to the Community Baboon Sanctuary in Bermudian Landing. Experience howler monkeys up close, and learn about medicinal plants and other animals and birds native to Belize.
Next, you’ll travel further north to visit the Altun Ha Maya archaeological site. This site is renowned for the discovery of a jade carving of the Maya Sun God, Kinich Ahau – the largest jade object found in any Maya site in the region.

This full-day tour explores the fascinating Actun Tunichil Muknal (the Cave of the Crystal Sepulcher) Cave (the ‘ATM’), within the Tapir Mountain Nature Reserve in the Cayo district. Hike through the jungle and wade across rivers to reach the cave entrance. There, you’ll navigate the cave alongside an expert guide to explore burial chambers and learn about the sacrificial ceremonies that took place.
